News for Aberystwyth, by Aberystwyth
Newyddion i Aberystwyth, gan Aberystwyth
We serve the Aberystwyth community with trustworthy, fact-based local information, shared openly and transparently, in Welsh and English.
Everything we publish sets out to do one of three things.
Inform
Clear, accurate reporting you can rely on. We stick to the facts, say where they come from, and publish in Cymraeg and English so everyone can follow what is happening in town.
Connect
Many of our stories start with a reader: a club result, a planning notice, a campaign. We bring neighbours, groups and businesses together, from Penparcau to Penglais.
Celebrate
Aberystwyth is full of people doing good things. We make room for the wins, the milestones and the everyday kindness that make this a great place to live.
And we do it in a spirit of
- fairness
- warmth
- goodwill
